Partners from Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, Portugal, successfully submitted an abstract entitled "TRAINING CLINICAL TRIAL TEAMS OF THE FUTURE: OPEN ONLINE CONSCIOUS PROGRAMS" and presented the scope and content of the follow-up CONSCIOUS and CONSCIOUS II projects at the 53rd Meeting of the Portuguese Pharmacological Society, 41st Meeting of Clinical Pharmacology and 22nd Meeting of Toxicology held in early February in Portugal.

Partners from Masaryk University, Czech Republic, published an article entitled "Building key competencies in clinical research: CONSCIOUS curriculum projects" in the Czech journal Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacy. The authors analyze the extent and method of education in the organization and theory of clinical trials at medical and pharmacy faculties in the Czech Republic and present the CONSCIOUS and CONSCIOUS II projects as a tool for improving the current situation.
